James “Jimmy” Kolesar is a Technical Support and Industry Development specialist at Solve Industrial Motion Group, where he has spent the past six years providing technical bearing support to customers and colleagues, with a strong focus on EZO Japan miniature and ultra thin bearing solutions. His work is heavily aligned with the rapidly growing robotics sector, particularly humanoid robotics, where precision, reliability, and innovation in bearing technology are critical to OEM performance and long term development.

With a highly diverse industrial background spanning multiple decades, Jimmy has held roles including Regional Representative, Account Manager, Product Specialist, and Industry Specialist for some of the largest industrial distributors in North America. His experience includes supporting both OEM and MRO markets across the continental United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America, with deep expertise in material handling systems and industrial components.

Throughout his career, Jimmy has led successful market development initiatives in industries ranging from aggregate surface mining to port operations. He has introduced innovative products and efficiency driven solutions, including specialized bearing technologies designed to withstand extreme environments involving radiation, chemicals, microbial exposure, and severe temperatures. He has also contributed to geographic market expansion strategies and industry benchmarking initiatives.

Jimmy holds a BS in Business Management and Sociology from Sacred Heart University and earned his MBA in Business and Marketing in Savannah, Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, woodworking, and creating gemstone jewelry.
