Tolomatic, Inc. will showcase its advanced electric actuation technologies at Automate 2026, June 22-25, Booth #120.
Tolomatic´s electric and servo linear actuators are designed to replace legacy hydraulic systems, providing benefits including improved performance, maintenance and operational data capture.
Some featured technologies include:
- RSX50. A new addition to the RSX line of extreme high-force electric linear actuators built for rugged applications, the RSX series now achieves up to 100,000 pounds-force, 59-inch stroke lengths and speeds up to 30 inches per second.
- RSH. Tolomatic´s line of hygienically designed 316-stainless steel electric actuators seamlessly integrate into food and beverage operations or other environments featuring harsh and caustic chemicals.
- IMA. Integrated linear servo actuators eliminate the need for sourcing and mounting separate servo motors, and deliver for compact performance with excellent shock and vibration resistance.
- CSWX. The latest addition to ServoWeld® resistance spot welding actuators, CSWX features a compact and modular design that allows system integrators to adapt to unique manufacturing challenges.
